Refund & Exchange Policy

At shopgh.pk, we are committed to honest and transparent business. We want every customer to shop with confidence and trust.


📦 Exchange Policy (Wrong Item Received)

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging
  • Video/photo proof of the received item is required at the time of reporting
  • Our courier will pick up the incorrect item from your location at no cost to you
  • Once we receive and verify the item, the correct product will be dispatched

⚠️ Important: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel. Claims without video/photo evidence may not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the nature of courier handling, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned once dispatched:

  • Products containing glass or fragile materials that may break during transit
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Products reported after the 24-hour window

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

1. Order Not Delivered If your order is not delivered within 15 business days, you may request a full refund. We will verify the delivery status with our courier partner before processing.

2. Wrong Item Received (if exchange not possible) If an exchange cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.

How refunds are processed:

  • Refund will be transferred to your bank account (provided by you)
  • Processing time: within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

❌ No Refund / No Exchange Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Item ordered incorrectly by the customer
  • Minor color/shade differences due to screen display
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery

📸 How to File a Claim

  2. Include your Order ID, clear photos/video of the item received, and a brief description
  3. Our team will respond within 1 business day
  4. If your claim is approved, our courier will arrange pickup
