Standard delivery time is 3 to 15 business days depending on your location
Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched

6. 🔄 Refund & Exchange

Our Refund and Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

Wrong item received: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
Non-delivery: Refund issued if order not delivered within 15 business days
Fragile/glass items are not eligible for exchange due to courier handling risks
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after item inspection

Attempt to defraud us by filing false claims (e.g., claiming non-delivery when delivered, or claiming wrong item when correct item was sent)
