1. 🚚 Domestic Shipping Charges (Pakistan)

2. 🌍 International Shipping Charges
- International shipping charges are not fixed and vary by destination country, package weight, and size
- Charges will be calculated based on the current rate schedule of our courier partner at the time of your order
- Final shipping cost will be confirmed before dispatch
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the buyer

- Major cities are served by TCS and Postex for faster delivery
- Remote and far-flung areas are served via Pakistan Post — advance payment is required for these locations
International:
- We ship to select countries worldwide
- Please contact us to confirm availability for your country

6. ⚠️ Law & Order / Force Majeure
Delivery to certain areas of Pakistan may be delayed or cancelled due to:
- Unstable law and order situations
- Natural disasters or floods
- Strikes or road blockages
- Any circumstances beyond our control
In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- Your order will be dispatched as soon as the situation normalizes
- If delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued

7. 💰 Payment & Dispatch
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation
- For remote areas, advance payment is mandatory before dispatch
- COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available for select city areas
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
